Assuring vehicle readiness for consumers and collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for ongoing improvement are two important aspects of the Vehicle Readiness Specialist’s role in the Tesla experience. This job is in charge of giving customer automobiles a thorough cleaning and preparation, as well as setting up new customer delivery vehicles. The drive to work fast and effectively, the ability to take on challenges, a high degree of accountability, and the gratification that comes from performing well are all necessary for success.
What You’re Going to Do as a Vehicle Readiness Specialist
- Vehicles for gallery, loaners, and clean service
- Vehicle interiors and exteriors must be spotless to meet business standards.
- Utilize hoses, vacuums, steamers, and other tools.
- the capacity to oversee paint correction on-site and spot check as necessary
- To fulfil deadlines, prioritize tasks, keep track of timetables, and use time management skills
- Interact with the different teams that are engaged in the vehicle orientation procedure.
- Organize supplies and place reorders when necessary.
- When necessary, troubleshoot and report issues to management via the proper channels.
- As assigned, carry out extra duties to suit corporate demands.
What You Are Going to Bring
